All of our themes are responsive and are designed to work seamlessly on both fullscreen and portable devices. They are created using the most modern technologies. All the original features and tools of Freshdesk are available and fully supported at our themes. If you would like you can install your theme on your own.
However, if you prefer don't spend time installing your theme, we can do this for you. You will need to provide us with temporary admin access to carry out the installation.

After the job is done, we create a demo support portal where you can check all the changes made. Afterward, we install the modified theme on your Freshdesk support portal where everything can be tested again but with the real content in the preview mode. Only after that and when you are ready, we publish the final theme.

Themes pricing

You can find the price for each of our themes in our catalog. The price of a theme includes its purchase and installation to your Freshdesk support portal. Any Freshdesk template or service will cost you exactly the price specified in the catalog.

Services pricing

  1. Some of the services (such as branding) are rather standard, and you can find the price for each of them in our catalog.
  2. The cost of other services (such as customization) depends on the level of difficulty and is calculated separately in each case. Just share your customization requirements with us, and we will calculate the cost.
  3. During checkout of your order, you may see some additional offers appear, such as services or options that you can add to your cart. However, we do not have any hidden costs involved in our template sales.
  4. If you decide to order additional options later, it will feature as a separate order.

Free services

Some of the services (such as installation) are free since they don't require a lot of time.

  No hidden payment

  1. No monthly fee! All prices are one-off.
  2. No extra payments.
  3. No taxes.
  4. No commissions.
  5. It doesn’t matter whether you use an existing support portal or create a new one, or how much content or how many agents you have.
  6. The prices you see in the catalog or cart are final.

  Note

Freshdesk plan price is not included in the template price. You’ll need to purchase the Freshdesk plan subscription and template separately.

Important information about the terms of using our products for Freshdesk and Freshservice support portals.

  You can

  • Use the chosen template with Freshdesk or Freshservice support portal yourself. You can use it for your own or your customer’s support portal. If you use it for your client, they must be the end-user.
  • Modify the chosen template on your own or order our services to modify it. Every theme gives you a non-exclusive license that lets you or your customers create a single end product.
  • Use themes for one domain only. You can use the template with additional Freshdesk and Freshservice support portals if you have multibrand licenses.

  You can not

  • Share, resell, or redistribute our templates multiple times in the original or modified form. You should buy a new theme every time you want to give it away to a new customer.
  • Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. The intellectual rights of the theme remain the property of Breezy Themes. If we become aware of unauthorized distribution, your license may be voided without refund, and all support portals that use the original code or illegal copies must stop using them. In these cases, we can take legal action against you.
  • Make more than one support portal using the same template (to make another support portal with the same theme you have to purchase a multibrand license).
  • Demonstrate our themes for commercial purposes without credit to Breezy Themes.
  • Give competitors access to the template.
  • License themes and make them available on your site for download.
  • Add a theme code or its parts to public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc) because it will be available to everyone on the Internet and can be used as an unauthorized copy. The code of a theme or extensions in its original or modified form can be used only by the company that made a purchase.

  Important

  • Freshdesk Sprout, Blossom, and Garden plans don't support customized templates, so our themes are not compatible with them.

If you have any worries about losing or modifying your support portal content while installing any of our themes, don’t be. We take care of it.

Our themes don't affect any support portal content or content management options. You can edit Articles, Categories, etc. as usual by using the built-in Freshdesk Editor.

Moreover, some additional features become available after installing our themes: you can fill the Knowledge Base with some cool visual components and Font Awesome icons.

No interruptions

Customization and installation activities will not affect any content or availability of your support portal. You check the changes and publish everything when you are ready, the changes are published immediately.

Our themes fully support Freshdesk multilingual feature. You can provide your customers service in 40+ languages.

Freshdesk automatically identifies the user’s language and switches the language of the support portal to the user’s language.

What can be translated into 34 languages  :

  • Support portal content. If you create articles in different languages, the user sees it converted to his language
  • Essential support portal elements: buttons, comments, search boxes, articles writers details, welcome messages, service alerts, etc. All of them will be translated to the requested language
  • Additional support portal elements which have been created under the Branding and Customization services: custom-made icons, notifications, callout boxes, text in custom-made elements, etc.

  Important!

The multilingual feature is available as a part of the Estate and Forest Freshdesk plans.

  • The email address used to make the purchase.
  • Order ID.
  • Name used for the order.
